Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Said Yes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Just Said Yes is a web application that lets couples create and share digital wedding invitations and collect RSVPs from their guests. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are sold as one-time "lifetime" purchases. When you buy a plan, you receive permanent access to the features included in that plan, for the wedding it was purchased for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Just Said Yes does not store your card details.

All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Please make sure the plan you are purchasing matches your needs before completing checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or underlying infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (photos, names, event details, guest lists, etc.). By uploading content, you grant the operator a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and your guests.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add, including the right to include information about your guests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including the brand name, logo, design, source code, and templates — is owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
